Camera: Agfa Paramat (vintage half frame camera)

It was the very first time I was shooting with the Paramat, so rather than put in a good roll, I decided to test it with HEMA SUPER SR 200. Paramat doesn't actually go beyond 200 ISO, so this was ideal to test it with.
I definitely need more practise with the camera, but I really enjoyed shooting with it.
You can see more photos taken with it, and some that have been separated and turned into the right format (so no longer on their side) in this set here.

Me too!

I saw it on the Lomography Diana mini (which has the half frame option), and I really liked it, but I didn't want to buy a Lomo camera (my track record with them is far from good).

So I started googling and it turned out that Agfa had done them, and there was a Paramat going on etsy from a Dutch vintage camera seller for VERY reasonable (much less than they usually go for) so Bert bought it for me :)

There's plenty of vintage alternatives to the Diana mini, but sadly if you want a camera in perfect working order (like my Paramat, I got it in mint condition, the previous owner clearly didn't use it much, if at all) you'll probably pay (quite a bit) more than what you'd pay for a Diana mini.
